Consulting company OKS LABS keeps expanding its team and is now looking for Manager to join our Management Consulting practice and work primarily on strategy development projects for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop business, communicate and build long-term relationship with clients
• Deliver value to clients through developing strategies and improving operational efficiency
• Manage large-scale consulting projects from start to finish, plan and monitor execution through managing a team of consultants
• Work in close contact with OKKAM Group as well as with C-level executives, external experts, regulators and other stakeholders. Arrange and facilitate strategic sessions for clients
• Work in an environment with multiple tasks and challenges

Our ideal candidate has:

• Higher education in economics, finance or natural science
• 5+ years’ experience in consulting or internal strategy or internal consulting functions in major industrial companies
• 2+ years’ experience in project and team management
• More experienced candidates can be considered for the position of Senior Manager
• Proven track record of completed large-scale projects in consulting or industrial companies
• Experience with Big3 and/or Tier2 consulting firms will be a strong advantage
• Deep industry expertise
• Fluent English
• Strong leadership skills, team player with sound business acumen and focus on result

Responsibilities

• Analysis and structuring of large volumes of data from various sources, including clients’ files
• Conducting market overviews
• Financial modelling
• Preparation of PPT presentations
• Usage of three methods of value analysis
• Independent communications with clients regarding data collection and interpretation
• Setting up tasks for consultants and interns, coordination and quality control of their work
• Assisting in business development

Requirementsу

• Degree in economics, finance or natural science
• Fundamental knowledge of corporate finance, business valuation, accounting and economic theory
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance (business valuation / investment projects analysis / business plan preparation / financing of legal entities). Candidates with less than 2 years’ experience can be considered for the position of Consultant
• Financial modelling skills in Excel, proficiency in PPT
• Experience in market research and data systematization
• Proficiency in English: both written and oral
• Good communication skills and ability to work in agile corporate environment
• Ability to multitask and willingness to learn
• Desire to grow as a corporate finance and consulting expert

Advantage will be given to the candidates who have:

• CFA, AFM and other relevant types of certifications
• Diploma of the leading university (MSU, HSE, NES, MIPT, MSIIR, FU)
• Big4 background
