Anna Litvinenko, Partner, Head of Corporate Finance practice, made a presentation at the conference “VERBA LEGAL Sanctions Fall: Transactions and disputes under sanctions pressure” on key aspects conducting an assessment for the Government Commission and shared her practical examples.

At the event experts discussed current strategies for supporting transactions and litigation in the context of sanctions reality and analyzed interesting cases from practice. Apart from Anna the speakers also included representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Raiffeisenbank, SIBUR, Russian Copper Company, GAZ Group, Merlion and Rokhim.
